Guaranty Policy:
A credit card is needed to guarantee reservation.
Check In: 1:00 PM
Check Out: 12:00 PM
Credit Cards Accepted:
All credit cards are accepted except American Express.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid charges, otherwise a 50% charge of the reservation total applies.
No Show Policy:
In case of No Show a one night fee will be charged.
Kids Policy:
Children under 3 years old free of charge in same room with adult.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
